Materials & Sustainability
Yes. Our products are handcrafted using a combination of natural fibres and upcycled materials, including:

Yes. Every Sirohi product is 100% handcrafted by skilled women artisans using traditional weaving techniques. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, weave, or texture may occur making every product unique.
Because our products are handcrafted and many materials are upcycled, slight variations may occur depending on the material used.

• Macramé & Cotton: Minor variations may occur due to hand-dyeing processes
• Upcycled Plastic: Shades may vary depending on available waste material

Bulk Orders & Pricing
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product type, but most B2B orders typically begin at 50 units.
For large corporate gifting or wedding orders, we can also accommodate significantly larger quantities.
We offer bulk pricing with discounts of up to 40% off MRPs, depending on the order quantity and product type.

Shipping & Delivery
Our standard production timeline is:
• 8–10 working days for orders up to 100 units
• 5–7 days for delivery, depending on the location

Yes. We offer express shipping across India.
Express delivery charges are calculated based on your pin code and courier partner rates, and will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation.
We currently ship across India and also fulfil international bulk orders upon request.

Payments & Order Process
Our standard payment structure is:
• 50% advance payment at order confirmation
• 50% balance payment before dispatch
